As incomers from the UK, it was particularly important to us to find a realtor who we felt we could trust and who took the time and effort to give us a clear understanding of the Canadian home-buying process, as well as the current Toronto market.
On our preparatory visit to Toronto, some months before we landed permanently, you provided us with a wonderful, personalized booklet about the process, which included all the key documents annotated with explanatory notes. This enabled us to grasp the differences between UK and Canadian practices before we started our search. You also gave us a good overview of the market, taking us to see a range of properties so that we could begin to understand what might be available within our budget.
Once we arrived, you patiently (and tirelessly) helped us refine our search, bringing relevant properties to our attention. You made sure we were fully aware of the fast-moving market conditions and of the likely interest in and sale price of each of these, as well as any possible concerns.

We hired Paul as our agent for the sale of our existing and purchase of our new homes, and were extremely pleased with the service and results from start to finish. Paul visited when we first discussed a move to talk about expectations for sale and purchase, suggestions for minor improvements to increase marketability, and discuss a strategy on timing. He arrived with a booklet which guided us through the process as well as produced marketing material which was outstanding. Pictures of our home were taken by a professional photographer at no extra charge to us.
